Vocabulary Instruction
Remember the importance of vocabulary instruction and how this is one of our focus areas for our system safeguards to help enhance our lesson design.  Here are some resources and ideas for vocabulary.

Think about your current word wall or visuals you are currently using in your room and how each of your learners might benefit from them.  Also, think about if you may need to update or revamp word walls if they are not helping to support learning or could be used in a different manner.

Finally, think about how you are currently using new vocabulary with writing in the classroom.  Are your writers challenging themselves in their word choice or are they sticking to the same old words they always do?  Vocabulary can help to make or break a writing piece!

Final Quotes
As we are going into this spring semester, it is always important to continue focusing on how we can maintain happiness and balance in our lives.  This is especially important as we encounter stressful times during our work or personal lives.
