Please remember to fill out the form Cindy sent out for our Texans!  This year we wanted to do something a little different to add more of an emphasis to our life principles.
Make sure and nominate your first five learners or one's that would be selected for those principles!

Shout out to our classroom teachers for the amazing job you did with our parent conferences and helping to continue forming relationships with all of our learners and their families!

Shout out to 2nd, 3rd, 4th, 5th grade and Ashley Martin for the incredible planning and brainstorming you had during your STEM days!

Shout out to Ashley Minton, Brad Cook, Candace Coffee and Lisa Hansen for helping during the STEM planning days!

Engineer of the Week
This year we will be celebrating an "Engineer" of the week, because each of you are incredible designers
each day in lesson design!
Please remember that Brett or I will cover a morning/afternoon or lunch/recess duty for you during the week!  Just email us to let us know what might work out!  Also, you may leave early one day once your kiddos are dismissed!

This week we are celebrating:  Candace Coffee

Visible Thinking in the Classroom

The following are a few links sharing tools to use on the iPad that would help to show learner thinking.
Also there are pictures of examples of how you might use questioning or show learner thinking through formative assessments or visuals.
Remember that the more learners can see how others are thinking and give feedback on their thinking the more connections can be made in learning!
