Hallway Displays and Digital Showcase
Don't forget to be working on getting our hallway/classroom displays ready to go for Open House. This should include paper based examples such as journals, writing samples, etc. as well as digital presentations/products. Also, please make sure you are finding ways in which to showcase digital portfolios as well as tools such as See Saw that you have used this year for sharing learning.
Engineering Showcase Night Photos
I would love for us to gather all of our photos from the event, so we can make sure and share these with our families through our website and our front digital display at the entrance of the school. Click on the following link (Google Folder) and download any cool pics you took!Click here to add pics!

Curriculum Connection - Digital Portfolios (Evidence of Learning)
As we continue our journey of digital portfolios as a campus and district, here are a few resources to remind us of how they can be beneficial for our learners and you as an educator, as well as one district's story with digital portfolios. Also, there is a link to a company that I would like you to explore as well as think about the benefits you have seen with using See Saw with your learners.
Bulb - Looking at this the company as an option for digital portfolios, you can sign up for a free trial to see what you think. They are coming out with an app this summer!
Final Quotes
As we head into Spring Break, make sure you are taking care of you and give yourself time to relax (not just during your week off). Also, if you are like me. . .I have a hard time unplugging at times from the world of technology. Take some steps to ensure you are unplugging at times and enjoying all that the world has to offer.
